Where to even begin on how incredible Cat is! To say she is an asset is a big understatement when it comes to our experience with her...Cat has been the biggest part of our wedding from day one. My husband and I wanted to plan a wedding that our guests would walk away and say 'Wow, that was an incredibly fun wedding' but to say this required a lot of planning with all the moving parts - thankfully we had Cat by our side. She listened to our hearts, ideas, cultural traditions, and dreams for the big day and helped to bring them into reality. Planning with her was a breeze especially having her incredible personalised online tools; this allowed us to do stuff in the background and she was always in the loop, any time I felt overwhelmed (which was rare) she was there with her kind heart and took away all stresses/thoughts in my head. She checked in, gave suggestions and solutions, and was always there with any requests I had during the planning process.
Cat's on-the-day coordination, organisation, time skills, and eye for detail shone so brightly on our big day. Having someone who knew exactly what we wanted and wholeheartedly trusted was everything to us. It allowed us to be present during the day when the morning of she was setting up, and during the day behind-the-scenes she made everything flow smoothly. Cat seamlessly communicated with all vendors on our behalf, sent our MC helpful tips and tricks, and was one of the last ones there at the end of the night. Cat goes above and beyond what is required of her and we will be forever grateful for everything she did for our wedding (trust me, it was a lot having two cultures, traditions, and several moving parts involved).Cat's passion for weddings, love, and helping your dream come true is what makes her so special. She truly is the person you want on your team! I can't highly recommend her enough!!!!!!

I don’t know where to begin with Cat. She was such a saving grace for our special day and I’m so glad to have stumbled across her on another bride’s appreciation post! Every time I needed Cat, she was always there. From being my one man contact on the day, setting up, offering tissues when needed, laying out tables, hair and make up touch ups, helping with the cakes set up, helping my mum steam robes, calming everyones nerves, ensuring we were eating and drinking enough water through the day, cleaning mud from my veil, keeping track of time, moving sun umbrellas to maximise shade, passing around guest book for guests to sign, helping me in the toilet😅, timing bridal party down the aisle, distributing sun block, moving chairs, the list is seriously endless and I know there will be more things she did behind the scenes that I am unaware of.

Our first zoom call with Cat, I knew she would be perfect for us with her exceptional organisation skills and excitement for our day- we were so excited to meet up with her over a drink at the bar the week leading up to our wedding, to go through everything and enjoy some time to relax before the big day. Cat even came to help with set up and rehearsal the day before! We loved getting to know Catrin and truly feel we have made a new friend. Where do I start?! Cat held my hand through the whole process of planning our wedding she went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect she kept in contact with all our vendors ensuring we got the best out of our big day! I feel like I also gained a friend through the whole experience!

Catrin from Fika Events made our wedding day even more perfect than we imagined! I would highly recommend her as she made the whole process so easy from day one. Any issues on the day, Cat dealt with it without worrying us and put our minds at ease so we could just enjoy the day!
The only regret I have is not getting her sooner to help plan.
