No wedding or event is the same and is unique to all couples and all events.
To keep it simple I offer 3 planning packages for all weddings & occasions.
Prices usually are around 10% of your budget, depending on the size and logistics of your event. A minimum fee applies.

The Mini
You've planned everything to the finest detail....You've arranged, booked the wedding of your dreams... Now it's time to relax and enjoy your achievements... Let me assist you the week before your event so you can now enjoy what you have worked so hard for....
This package is the one for you if you just need to tie up a few loose ends and coordinate your vision on the day.

The Medium
Are you a keen planner and super organised but just need a helping hand to finalise? Are you getting lost in the various options and struggling to keep on the right path? I can point you in the right direction and pick up where you left off collating all your amazing ideas to finalise your perfect day...
This also includes 'The Mini’ full day coordination.

The Full
From the moment you put your ideas to paper, I will be there to drive your ideas into reality and hold your hand down the path to creating the most memorable event.
I can look after you throughout the venue search, picking out your 'A Team' of vendors, manage all budgets and coordinate all bookings & payments, to make your dream event come true…
This also includes 'The Mini’ full day coordination.

Set up / Pack down
All my packages include the on the day coordination only.
This add-on is if you wish for me to set up the venue for you, make sure everything is as you would want it to be, and organise with vendors arrivals and let them know where to set up.
I can also be there to pack down on the night, make sure that all your hire items, gifts, and anything you would want to keep are packed away neatly and put into your car or in a safe place for you to pick up the next day.
This is a rest assured solution to making sure you can dance the night away and not have to worry about tidying up! You and your friends and family don't have to think about a thing.

additional charge may be needed for an assistant.
Additional Days
Any additional days are discussed with you before hand.
If you wish for me to go with you to a 3rd venue visit, or if you are wanting to meet up for a coffee or catch up consultation on a monthly basis, then this is charged as a 'as and when' basis.

If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed with where to go for decor, styling, flowers... I have the knowledge and only pick the best of the best! From working with many different vendors on many weddings, I can assure you I know who the best of the best are, and who would be more suited to your style, and what you are envisioning for your day!
